Please Note: Only one Service Request Form is required if multiple units are being returned. Please include a full list of units being returned including S/N's. It is essential that complete details are provided for calibration/repair. Failure to do so may result in improper or delayed repair. Please include Battery charger / Batteries / Battery Pack - Accessories are also tested for functionality.

A US $75.00 Service Diagnostic Fee applies to all instruments returned to Safety Inc. for evaluation. This fee is waived if an instrument is repaired or replaced through Safety Inc Service Department.
